The Board and Manage-ment of Central Negros Electric Cooperative, Inc. (CENECO) said that the residential rate for Novem-ber 2013 billing is P9.4037/kWh, or an increase of P0.4545/kWh from last month's P8.9492/kWh.
They said the increase is attributed to the following factors reflected on the figure:
